A. Evidence-Based Practice Plan Explanation
a. Provide a detailed explanation of the evidence-based practice quality improvement plan that you will use to address the practice problem.
b. Support your plan with scholarly references (the sources you found in the analysis of the evidence).
B. Resources (new in Week 5)
a. Describe the resources needed to support the change in practice such as personnel time, supplies for staff education, cost of new equipment, or cost of software.
b. Explain why each resource is necessary.
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
