Homework: Current research in Social Psychology
We have covered a variety of topics that are central to understanding social psychology. To gain a better understanding of these topics in social psychology it is important to review current research.
For this homework you will first provide a detailed description for each of the following topics.
Topics
o Self-esteem
o Self-efficacy
o Self-serving bias
o Self-perception
o Cultural diversity
o Gender (in terms of social psychology)
o Persuasion
o Conformity/obedience
Article review
o Choose 3 topics from the list above and find a scholarly journal article for each.
o Find current (not more than 5 years old) scholarly research articles from the South University Library databases only.
o Remember the articles must be related to psychology.
o Provide an in-depth analysis for each article, integrating information from your course and text readings.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
o The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
o The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
o Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
