Protraction from HIV
Under the following conditions HIV is not transmitted
1) The secretions and body fluids like Saliva, Tears, Sweat, Faeces, and Urine have negligible HIV concentration and CANNOT transmit the virus from one person to another.
2) HIV is not transmitted through sharing food, touching and hugging, kissing on cheeks, shaking hands, sharing toilet seats, caring for some one with HIV or AIDS, sharing belongings, and through mosquitoes and other insect bites.
3) Each one can protect himself / herself from HIV infection by adhering to moral values and healthy practices.
4) The order and discipline in one's individual life is the key to avoid HIV.
5) Since 91% of HIV spread is due to the sexual mode of transmission, it is necessary to practice safe behaviour.
