Evaluation
Evaluate if the mission, vision, planning process, and SWOT analysis meet the current needs of the organization. Include the following in your evaluation:
I. Describe the unmet need, (not limited to product or service, can be new demographic, a new mode of delivery, etc.).
II. Analyze your competitive advantages.
i. Based upon the SWOT analysis, is there another business that is doing something similar that can be referred to? Provide examples.
ii. If there is no other business, describe how what you're doing is a unique product or service offering.
III. Propose a competitive business initiative to address the unmet need.
IV. Create a high-level timeline and operational steps necessary to implement your solution.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
