Problem: For my final capstone project, I write a research proposal on meaningful employment for individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. My proposal is partnerships between human services agencies and employers to place the individuals in jobs. I've determined research would be a qualitative approach and would use semi structured interviews and focus groups. I'm looking for reasoning on why this is the best approach. What would the strength of this approach be?
