Introduction
For the mainland information security, in 2009 China banned the foreign websites such as Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook. The following year Google decided to quit their services in China; the gap between China and America's online environment has become larger since that examining the Internet use after 2010, though people use theonline application to communicate, they are under the surveillance of local government.
Similarly, US government enhance their Internet security check after 9/11/01to ensure they can find potential suspects and monitor any territory activities to minimize the damage that it brings to the society.
