The objective of this term paper is for you to develop a plan for the completion of your Masters degree. You are to apply the principles and techniques discussed in the class to complete this plan. The specific requirements are listed below.
1. A clear statement of your goals for the completion of your degree program.
2. A clear statement of where you are now with the completion of your degree. The start of the project will be defined as the term when you first started the program. Be very specific with regards to course numbers
3. Develop a Project Scope Checklist to include:
• Project Objective
• Deliverables
• Milestones
• Technical requirements
• Limits and exclusions
• Reviews with customer
4. Establish and discuss your Project Priorities
5. Create a Project Communication Plan. Include in this plan, the following:
• Stakeholder analysis
• Information needs
• Sources of information
• Dissemination modes
• Responsibility and timing
6. Create a project network and Gantt chart.
7. Identify the critical path for the completion of your degree program and the date when you will complete your degree.
It will be important to present your project as a formal proposal. The plan must a well-written and well structured professional document and address all of the items indicated above.
