Requirement:
Establish your own business plan including the following sections:
1. Cover page: it should include the name of business, its address and phone number, and the date the plan was issued.
2. Table of contents: an orderly table of contents will allow the reader to turn directly to the sections desired.
3. Executive summary: it provides an overview of your plan.
4. Company information: what product or service you provide, your competitive advantage, when the company was formed, objectives, and background of owner and management team.
5. Market opportunity: the expected size and growth rate of your market, your expected market share and any relevant industry trend.
6. Financial data: forecasts for the first three years of operations, long-term loans, and equity invested.
7. Environmental and industry analysis: this is followed by industry analysis; describing the industry within which your business exists. Describe industry demand, consider substitutes for your product as well as consider the competitive situations using five forces.
8. Manufacturing and operational plan: it will stress elements related to your business's production. It will outline needs related to facilities, location, space requirements, labor force, inventory control and purchasing.
9. Management team: show how your team is balanced in terms of technical and business skills and experience.
10. Benefits to community: describe the potential benefits to the community that the formation of your business could provide, e.g., economic development, community development or human development.
11. Appendix: supplemental information and documents not necessarily crucial to business plan, but of potential interest to the reader are gathered in the appendix.
