Discussion Post: Average Method Forecast
To complete this short discussion, upload the quantmod package and use the Google stock price starting from June 2021 until the latest date you can get. Please refer to the videos posted for this week for more details.
• Produce a time plot of the Google stock price.
• Produce one period forecasts using the mean method and plot them.
• Report the point forecast together with 80% and 95% confidence bands. How reliable do you think is the forecast point?
The response must include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
