Problem: Provide a follow up script. - Dylan is currently deployed overseas and is currently facing problems with his nutrition and overall health. He works 10-12 hr. shifts per day depending on the mission which causes him not to have enough sleep and doesn't have enough time to engage in physical activity. His stress level is high because he misses his wife and family. The dining facility doesn't have a variety of food to chose from and some of them are meal ready to eat which are not nutritious. Overall, he needs help mainly with time management and picking the right food. Having a solid plan will help Dylan to achieve his goals.
