Problem: Maria is a 32 year single working mother of a 9 year old boy with ADHD. She consults for evaluation of a 6 month history of upper abdominal pain that is unrelated to meals. She reports a lifelong history of migraine and was told that she had an "ulcer" during her adolescence but was never investigated and doesn't remember if she received treatment.
