Problem:

You work as a customer services administrator at Gelos Enterprises and today, you are working on reception at Gelos Enterprises Head Office. A VIP client who has arrived for a boardroom meeting with the CEO approaches your desk to advise that there is a leak in the ceiling and that the floor of the lobby is wet. The client slipped on the wet floor tiles and is now late to their boardroom meeting as they have to make themselves presentable. They have also mentioned that it was incredibly distressing and suffered a serious shock from the fall. They are extremely disappointed in Gelos as there were no wet floor sign, which appears very unprofessional and is a WHS issue. The situation also caused delays to a very important client meeting.
