Looking for a better approach: In the First run for my Company, the Company went okay; some things needed to be worked on, such as having a skillset for business, but not much of that. The Company only stayed local. My Company's last run was great; I followed every step to bring awareness and go public, and following the advice, I worked on better job descriptions and placing people in the correct position, and my Company was phenomenally successful. It went internationally and globally. Many things needed to be adjusted, looked over, and Better decision-making between the two runs. The company growth increased as things got more in order, the job description was understood, and extra skill sets and experience were taken more seriously; more inputs were open to whoever was within the Company. The company's growth outsides its original product into new products and was phenomenally successful. Going over my decision, I believe the position in the job description was a great choice, having people with extra experience and making it a diverse company. It opens up many ideals and aspirations to the surrounding people. The decision was a struggle at first when discussing it with family. However, things still turned out to be great, and everyone understood positions and ideals and group development and discussion. The position job description was the better choice because now I would have experienced people and people with degrees and extra curriculums. I Believe I Made the right decision when it came and came to my Company, which is why I believe it would be a success.
