Question: I was onsite yesterday and I'm not happy with some of the sub-constructions onsite. I asked them, whether they had completed an instruction before starting work onsite and they said, no. I think this is a serious compliance issues. If sub-contractors are not being inducted, this will have a negative impact on workplace safety. Any recommendations
