Question: Motivation within the workplace is a very crucial factor when it comes to success from you as a manager and the employee. As managers we must give the highest amount of motivation to employees. I take it as a kid in class for example, if a teacher isn't teaching the way that the child can get the best knowledge from, then he performs badly in class because he doesn't understand.
