Problem related to maintaining the harmony of the group

Case Scenario: Nameera and Zeinah both attend the after-school youth group that you organise.  Both are newly arrived refugees and have been resettled in the area with their families.  There has been some discontent between them for the last couple of weeks, and when you arrive today you find them yelling at each other in their mother languages.  One of the other girls, Helena, tells you that they are arguing about their brothers who are still back in their home countries and are fighting on different sides of a war-zone. Helena also tells you that Nameera has already lost a brother through the fighting and is scared this one is going to die also.  Helena thinks Zeinah is blaming Nameera's family for the fighting, but Helena isn't as familiar with the dialect and is only able to pick up on an occasional word. Helena is starting to become upset as she feels she may be misinterpreting parts of the conversation, and is feeling under pressure to assist.

Question: As the program supervisor, you are responsible for maintaining the harmony of the group. What strategies, or course of action, would you consider to assist Nameera, Zeinah and the Helena, to resolve this situation?
