Problem: A patient was admitted for deep erythema of the anterior and posterior upper and lower bilateral legs, bilateral upper arms, chest, back, and gluteal region. Physiciar's estimate is that 81% to 90% of total body surface appears to be affected by first-degree burn. Burns were sustained after using a tanning bed multiple times during the course of the day.
