Assignment problem: When referring to the Strategic Human Resources Management Model, we must consider Environment Scan.
Environment scan consists of:
- economic factors such as economic cycles, global trade, productivity and innovation, and improvement
- technological factors, flexible work design, connectivity, automation
- demographic factors, gender balance in the workforce, shift toward knowledge workers, educational attainment of workers, aging population, generational shift
- cultural factors, diversity, ethics
- legal forces that the organization may be facing.
