Portfolio Milestone: Employee Training Plan One of the activities with the greatest return on investment is training. As business continually evolves, so do training needs. For this assignment, please develop training plans that can be used by managers and supervisors at your organization or one you are familiar with. Your training plans should include the following 2 documents: A 1- to 2-page annual training plan/schedule for employees to meet initial and continued/refresher training that is needed at the appropriate increments (i.e. annual, semi-annual, etc). Recommended format of each training (i.e. lecture, OJT, CBT, etc.) with reasoning.
