Problem: I live next door to Emily and Matthew. I am the owner and occupier of my house. On the twins' birthday I could see they were having a party. There was a lot of noise with the children playing outside. I understand that this was a birthday party, but they are noisy neighbors. The twins play in their garden most days and are very loud. I live alone and I like peace and quiet. Can i make a claim in private nuisance?
