Problem regarding the sociological perspective

Question: What sociological perspective is this "I think you have to look at who benefits the most. Even if you believe that laborers in places like India have profited, clearly the executives at offshoring companies have gained far more. It's not clear that these jobs have even improved the laborers' lives. Look at the turnover rates! If these jobs were worth having, then workers would stay in them for more than one year. And how do we factor in the draining of young workers from rural areas in developing nations? Meanwhile, Americans who lost their jobs to outsourcing experienced lasting drops in income when, and if, they found new jobs. To me, it's clear: offshore outsourcing is simply a way of pitting workers in different parts of the world against each other, to benefit corporate profits. It's the have and the have-nots, this time on a world-wide scale."
