Problem: Reply to Training in my current company for ethics and compliance is done through learning modules online. There are videos to watch with interactive questions asked at the end of the videos throughout the different modules. You must score a certain number of questions right to pass the training. One of the changes I would make to this approach is having an in-person part to the training. Most of the time people tend to put the videos on and do the training simultaneously as working on other tasks. Taking the time to devote to in-person training would be beneficial to make everyone more engaged. The second change I would make is to mix up the training material every so often. A lot of times the trainings are the same year over year so changing up the questions or videos would help keep the curriculum engaging as well. Also, the organization can cover topics that are more frequently seen this way. Ethics training is important in project management because when working with customers it is important to be ethically correct. Having beneficial training leads to better customer relationships and a better future for potential work with the customer.
