By providing a colorful pictorial for teaching balanced meal choices and the impact of dietary guidelines on individuals, it is well researched and recommended for the health of our families. This was updated from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention [CDC], program 'ChooseMyPlate' program (2023). We must utilize sources such as these when educating our patients and families on nutritional quality and available tools with these evidence-based recommendations.
