Problem: Vale House runs a social eating lunch program. Currently, participants with disabilities or mobility issues that make them unable to serve themselves receive their lunch last. They have to wait until all of the participants who are able to serve themselves have got their lunch before a Vale House employee assists them in getting theirs. Participants with disabilities or mobility issues often miss out on their first lunch menu choice and have to have whatever is left.
