Problem:
An RN caring for a client overhears a conversation between the client and her husband. They are trying to buy a house. The RN volunteers to introduce the couple to her friend who is a realtor. Months later, the RN discovers her friend had the couple pay a $10,000.00 down payment on a house. The friend stole the money. This nurse is in compliance with Rule 217.12 (6)(D).
