In my opinion, some areas of opportunity would be using these channels to build a strong community. After Covid-19 customers were looking to connect in person and want a good reason to shop and be loyal to a brand. Customers want brands to have meaningful purpose and value besides just providing a product. I think brands now have easier access to connect with customers. We can use that direct contact to listen to what customers want from the brand and really establish that community
