Cross contamination (also called cross contact) occurs when food allergens come into contact with a food or drink that does not contain that allergen as an ingredient. It can happen when preparing, storing, and serving food and drinks. Match the cross-contamination activity with a solution to minimize the risks associated with the following practices.
