For a leader to have a successful organization they have to focus on the satisfaction of their employees and create a positive perception as well as as solving conflict. EI impacts managerial accountability by ensuring employees are treated fairly and with respect as well as ensuring they are held accountable for their actions in order for the organization to continue to thrive
