Problem: Patient neurological status has remained unchanged during this shift. ICP has decreased to 21 mmHg. 2. Patient has established an even breathing pattern with oxygen saturation- 96%, respiration rate- 20 breaths/min. Patient did require suctioning and a non-rebreather mask was placed with 14L of O2 with humidification. ABG labs from last draw indicate pH: 7.40, PaCO2: 40 mmHg, PaO2: 90 mmHg, HCO3: 24 mEq/L. Patient is no longer experiencing hypoxemia. 3. Patient tolerated medication well and remains seizure free. Patient has not experienced any adverse effects with administration of other prescribed medication interactions. 4. Patient has successfully logged medication administration and adherence to physicians orders, for one month. His systolic and diastolic numbers have decreased to last vital reading 154/84. Patient has started swimming three times a week, maintained a low-sodium diet with his nutritionist, and reports sleeping on average 9 hours a night. 5.
