Greetings and welcome to our culinary sanctuary! I'm Kyin Shwe. Originally hailing from Yangon, Burma, also known as Myanmar, I have a rich culinary background. In Yangon, I established and ran a traditional Myanmar food eatery situated in the township of Thingangyun with my family. However, at the age of 50, my family and I relocated to San Francisco, California. During my time in San Francisco, I served as the chief executive at Karaweik Burmese Cuisine. Unfortunately, like many others, our establishment closed its doors due to the impact of the pandemic. This setback has prompted me to explore new avenues, leading me to consider joining Shef. We're eager to share our passion for food with you. We hope you thoroughly enjoy the delicious dishes we have to offer.
