Problem:
Having firsthand knowledge of the area that Crisisburg represents, I know that the hazards and vulnerabilities are endless. There are so many businesses, structures, social attractions, and cultural places of interest that are in this area. Planning for every form of emergency, disaster, or catastrophe (natural or man-made) within the given geographical area may be near impossible. But as an emergency manager, that is what is expected in the position. This is not a one person job. The emergency manager for this area would have to have a lot of help. Dealing with the everyday emergencies that could happen, such as car accidents, house fires and the like are usually covered by first responder standard operating procedures (SOP's) and can generally be handled at that level.
