Design measures of effectiveness (MOE) for the employee's training objectives. Use the MOE best practices to create indicators that are aligned to the objectives, testable, clear, and have a timeframe. This can include a checklist of training videos completed, quizzes, training with coworkers or shadowing, or a 90-day job performance review. Consider the job you are asking the employee to do and how they can demonstrate they are ready to be successful.
