Q1. Define step: project charter, process map, voice of the customer
Q2. Measure step: determine performance measures, quality measures, etc.
Q3. Analyze step: analyze the process chart, use other tools such as cause-and-effect diagram, 5 whys, tree diagram, etc.
Q4. Improve step: propose the best solution and how it will be implemented
Q5. Control: propose how the process will be maintained
