They have provided you with the following background information about the Community Centre:

  • It is a 15-minute drive from the outer limits of the catchment area that it serves. Public transit is a half-hour bus ride or more, and buses run three times an hour.
  • It is located near a major shopping area and coffee shops (walking distance).
  • There is lots of flexibility in space available for the program - the municipality will waive rental fees that usually apply to meeting rooms, heated pools, and games rooms.
  • There is funding available to cover the cost of staffing and specialized facilitators. Product Marketing Using a product marketing approach to develop the program, explain how you would design the three levels of the product as follows.
