Assignment task:
Project quality management plan template. The template must include:
1. The appropriate sections for a complete project quality management plan
2. A description of what belongs in each section, and
3. How a project manager/project management team would use this information. For example, you should include a section on how you will control the quality of a project. What would you likely include in this section and how would the PM use this information to control quality?
4. If your project quality management plan requires an Appendix, label it correctly and explain what will be in the Appendix. Please include these basic elements:
- Introduction to the purpose of the quality management plan
- Quality management approach
- Quality assurance
- Quality control and measurement
- Evaluation plan for measuring project performance (think EVM).
- Other sections as needed, along with Appendix
