Problem:
Mr A 80 y/o receiving Home Support Care, he is diagnosed with Flu and droplet precautions are in place. He is on bed rest today. Please provide care for a client with offering bed pan at the start as a part of morning routine. Client is 1 person assist for the care and transfer and mobile with a walker. He is wearing glasses and hearing aid on Rt ear. He will ask you to change his bedding as he was sweating a lot lately. Mr A is continent and requires partial assisting for care.
