Problem on digging trenches for the new crematorium

Question: Selig and Yehuda had been in the same block for several months. They put in long days of work, digging trenches for the new crematorium to be installed at Auschwitz. Early in the morning, Selig hears the gong sounding them to roll call. He nudges Yehuda, who moans. Yehuda tells Selig to go on to roll call without him because he is just too weak to move. Selig insists that Yehuda get up, pulling him out of the bunk. Yehuda leans on Selig all the way to roll call. What would MOST likely have happened to Yehuda if he did not appear for work? A. The camp doctor would have been called, and he would've been moved to the hospital. B. If Yehuda didn't show up, the guards would have let him sleep and made Selig do his work. C. Yehuda would have been shot if it was found that he was too weak to work. D. Selig would have had to stay back and take care of Yehuda until he was well.
