Problem: Client was transported to the ED via private vehicle following an episode of severe chest pain while attending church services. The client's adult child reports parent became diaphoretic and reported squeezing chest pain radiating down left arm. Estimated onset of symptoms: 40 minutes prior to arrival. History of hemorrhagic stroke 2 years ago with slight right-sided weakness.
