Problem: David has a small brick building on his property. It sits in an isolated area on the 20 acres that he owns. It is badly in need of repair and cannot be used until the repairs are done. David just can't afford to do them, so he decided to take the building down. David's friend, Nick, works for a company that does demolition and told David that he's willing to bring the needed equipment and explosives to take the building down. The two men used the explosives to demolish the building, but in doing so, it did damage to the equipment owned by the company that Nick works for. The company can sue David for these damages because he created an inherently dangerous situation on his property.
