Problem 2) One time you had friction or conflict with someone and what happened. It can be a fight, conflict or misunderstanding that was recent, old, big or small. Then, write about how the interaction might have been different if you tried to be more open, curious and/or more interested in learning (than perhaps in being right, proving your point or focusing on your perspective).
