1. Identify the name of your selected school district and a website to their policy manual.
2. Identify the code and title of 1 policy from the staff/personnel section and 1 policy from the student section related to the use of technology, social media, and/or electronic devices. (This is two separate policies. If there is no policy on technology in one or the other, look under other sections of the Manual as districts do not always put these policies under the student or personnel sections.) Write a short synopsis of each of the policies.
3. Identify the code and title of 1 policy from any section related to the protection of intellectual property rights. Intellectual property rights includes copyright law and plagiarism. This can be in any section of the Policy Manual. Write a short synopsis of the policy.
4. Identify the code and title of 1 policy from any section related to being culturally aware, supporting diversity, or fostering equity. This can be in any section of the policy manual. Write a short synopsis of the policy.
5. The paper should be in APA formatting.
You will write a synopsis of four policies and include the code name and the policy name.
This is a paper and you should have a title page, the body of your paper, and the reference page. Include an introduction and a conclusion.
Include citations when needed in the body of the paper.
Format your assignment according to APA guidelines.
