SECTION A - A
1. All dimensions are in millimetres.
2. All excavated materials are suitable for backfilling.
3. 150mm surface excavation is needed and to be deposited on site Area S.
4. Any surplus excavated material to be removed from site to Tseung Kwan O landfill provided by Employer.
5. Ground floor bed to be in plain concrete grade 20; blinding concrete to be in 50mm thick grade 15/20.
6. All reinforced concrete (RC) to be in grade 35/20; all formworks are in sawn formwork.
7. Brick wall to be single common brick with cement sand (1:3) mortar in English bond.
8. Hardcore to be crushed rock with machine compacted.
9. DPM to be 1 layer of 0.08mm thick polythene sheet with 150mm lap.
10. DPC to be bituminous Thene self adhesive.
