Throughout American history, there has always been a debate on gun control. There are more guns in the hands of Americans than ever recorded through history; along with these statistics, there has also been a rise in mass shootings and children having access to unsecured loaded weapons. If that is not enough, there is also an issue with law enforcement being scrutinized by the community, leading to a drop in employee morale. The drop in morale has led to various issues in the Wokefield Police Department. The issues being affected are problems with the budget and the lack of productivity among our law enforcement officers. To make our community safer and get the morale of law enforcement officers up, there is a need for change which will be discussed throughout this paper
