Problem: Post a brief description of the gap you identified in Week 5 that will serve as the basis for your learning outcome. That is Data collection through staff interviews, using current performance metrics with established benchmarks to identify improvement areas, developing an actionable to address the identified learning needs, by using electronic health records systems and quality improvement reports Then, for your chosen gap, create one (1) learning outcome and one (1) learning objective at the lowest level of each of the three domains of learning. In other words, you will write one learning outcome and a total of three (3) learning objectives that address the outcome.
