Problem: In the United States v. Kabat 797 F.2d 580 case, in regards to the "Reasoning", is there only a majority opinion? I am confused by the "BRIGHT, Senior Circuit Judge, dissenting, where he gives his dissenting opinion." But the courts "assented". I am struggling with following along with how many courts are involved in this case.
