Problem: In this age of social networking (e.g., Facebook, Google+, Twitter) where people may become friends with people that they never meet in real life (RL), one of the big challenges is getting to know another person. As we'll see in a discussion later in the class, this may be easier on a social networking site where people are able to view others' profile information. One of the great features of the Web is that it gives us some degree of control as to how we present ourselves to others. Task: Choose an avatar (a picture) and explain in an informal manner why you have chosen it. You may use a picture of yourself or any picture that symbolizes something/everything about you.
