Classmates response: Sternocleidomastoid muscle: Torticollis
a) Involuntary contraction of the neck muscles, causing abnormal head positioning and restricted neck movement.

a) A disorder that affects the temporomandibular joint and the surrounding muscles, causing jaw pain, limited range of motion of mouth, clicking or popping sounds, and headaches.
b) Masseter muscle, temporalis muscle, pterygoid muscle
c) Bruxism, stress, trauma to the jaw, arthritis in the TMJ
d) Nightguards, physical therapy, botox injection, antibiotics
e) TMD can be worsened by prolonged dental procedures which requires patients to keep their mouths open for extended time.
