Problem about patients come through our triage unit

Problem: While working in Labor and Delivery, we see lots of patients come through our triage unit hoping that they are in labor finally. We also send lots of patients back home because they are actually not in labor yet and they become sad or some become angry. They often ask can we just induce them early because they are tired of being pregnant. According to the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG), providers aren't supposed to induce a pregnancy before 39 weeks of gestation unless it is medically necessary. But of course, women get to the 37- and 38-week mark and are begging to be induced and are upset when we tell them that we cannot. "Do women who are induced before 39 weeks experience more complications opposed to 39week and greater induction times?"
