Problem about mixed-methods case study


Problem: The study was descriptive and used mixed-methods case study on will strategically select survey respondents and interview participants to give a comprehensive understanding if this issue: The qualitative interviews will allow for in-depth exploration of challenges, motivations, nunanced persepctives. The study started with qualitiative interviews to inform or modify survey design, ensuring that all relelvant themes are captured. Stratified sampling would be used for the survey to ensure representation across departments. The stakeholders to be interviewed will consist of supervisors, department heads, unit supervisors, HR personnel, and unit supervisors who are responsible for team performance and morals. The aim is to interview 10 participants to achieve data saturation, where no new theme emerge. The data would be categorize into themes that reflect shared experiences, challenges, or perspectives. The goal is to reseach saturation once no additional theme is reached. This means that the researcher has reached saturation because this can ensure that the findings are comprehensive and a reflective of the hospital population. The interviews provides the "why" behind motivational issues and potential solutions.
