Problem: Hello Everyone, As a member of the community board, I would like to prioritize intervention of motor vehicle injuries in the community. Injury and fatality directly related to motor vehicle accidents are at an all-time high. I propose a law that would require that all newly licensed drivers not only pass the written and driving exam with the MVA, but to also be required to pass and complete a professional driving course. That course should include 25 hours of classroom and 25 hours of on the road. The issue is that too many people are being injured in car accidents that can be avoided. There are laws in place for distracted driving but non that mandate the prior adequate education of the driver. How do I you respond
